We understand that family court or juvenile delinquency court can be a tough journey, and if you’ve come to us, it’s likely due to a court order for supervised visitation. At CheckMate’s BeeSAFE Supervised Visitation Center, we offer a safe, neutral space where children can maintain meaningful connections with their parents/guardians, overseen by skilled professional monitors.
Our monitors are mandated reporters, registered with CDSS TrustLine, and maintain current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications.
Our center adheres to California’s Judicial Council Standards 5.20, as well as §3200 and §3200.5, ensuring the highest level of safety, professionalism, and accountability.
This commitment prioritizes the well-being of children and families, helping build stronger bonds and providing the support families need during challenging transitions.

Income Based Hourly Fees: Available based on verifiable household income
• Ensures families do not lose visitation opportunities solely due to financial hardship that can interrupt critical, meaningful parent-child contact.
Cancellation Fee Payment Plans: Case-by-case basis
• This allows families to remain engaged in services without disruption due to unexpected cancellation of a scheduled visit.
Read & Reconnect Literacy Program Incentive: Fee discounts when incorporating shared reading during visits (age-appropriate)
• Supports early literacy development not only for the children, but bonding with the whole family.
Food & Refreshments: Snacks and water are provided. Outside meals are welcomed during visits.
• Families are welcomed into a regulated environment where they can focus on family time, not hunger.
Safe Exchanges: Income based and determined by verifiable income.
• $25-$45 per exchange

- Complete the Intake Questionnaire: This online form gathers important information from you. We then review the documents you provided and assess your specific needs and requirements from the court-order, if applicable.
- Orientation Session: We’ll schedule a separate in-person orientation meeting where all guidelines, rules, and expectations for supervised visits are reviewed and agreed to, ensuring clarity and understanding of all parties.
- Scheduling of Visits: Once the orientation is complete, we’ll work with both parties to confirm visitation times that are convenient and fit within our center’s availability.
